Welcome to the New Year!
Is this a warm welcome? Or are we yet again going to slump it through? My point of view, the latter. Let us not be ruled by a virus, rather, take this as another platform to create, use our energy to focus on channelling our ideas and vision and establish ourselves in our businesses and of course connect. Producing events may not be the same, in fact, Digital is not new, however it is helping us be more agile in our way of managing businesses. Entrepreneurs and businesses alike are being challenged to be more forward thinking. Will this be forever, but of course not, we need to strategise and be comfortable in reaching an untapped market, whether it be your customers locally or perhaps testing global platforms. E-Commerce, Online Selling, Education or in fact Events, this is the way we will all learn to have Agility in our approach! So the question is....are you part of the tribe? Do you take your business digital and adapt the offline when we have "Normality" back? Wishing you a great start to 2021... Nina Bode

Are you ready to Reset your Compass for Growth 2.0 with Sandra Lutz? I have to declare, that having to reflect on the current status of what is happening in our lives, that the indirect pressure we are facing, to not be a an easy state of being to be in. When we consider that economically so many are facing uncertainties, businesses are closing their doors, the worlds is in turmoil and there we are fighting every second of the day to make sure our livelihood is going. In August 2020, we hosted our first event with Sandra Lutz taking on the subject matter of Rethinking Failure and how to set Goals that will work for you. So many of us believe that when we do not achieve that end result, that we are to blame, or if your competition has performed better than yourself, that perhaps your strategy you set out was terrible. What about how you adapt the mindset in these moments. The questions we ask ourselves, the communication we set out. Do all the pressure we face, not only from Media or Peers or Work play a roll in the output? Of course it makes a big difference in how we handle this. I appreciate that we all have "we can handle it ourselves" attitude, however I believe educating ourselves or uplifting ourselves, perhaps just the refresher in how to break away from the routine and update the "visual" we have in our mind, can only be a positive aspect. Whilst we understand that doing personal Workshops like these, perform better in real settings, but with the changes in our lives we are also learning to adopt and adapt to a new way of presenting. The question is, do you want to just let the thoughts go, deep-dive into a 2 hour online Workshop and reflect? Our offline event in August proved to be too short, however this time we have it planned over 2 days and only 2 hours of the mid morning until midday. Is this something you would like to attend? Secure your ticket now and join us for an inspiring 2 day, 2 hour Workshop per day with Sandra and Future Females Zurich. To get your ticket, CLICK HERE Looking forward to seeing you all online. Nina Bode, Future Females Zurich The art of new ideas and business development is that we follow strict guidelines to the type of business we choose and how we conduct it according the business bible.
Would that not be a boring strategy when we look at the rapid change in trade and exchange globally. Crossing borders and reaching customers have become easier thanks to e-commerce, courier service, and of course digital marketing. We can target a desired audience but also segment it accordingly. Marketing has changed face, how we sell and communicate to customers and now with a global crisis on our hand our entire existence and attitude has needed slight adjustment. We are implementing change and making this part of our daily routine. And then I question all, would it be sticking to the norm or do I embrace a maverick attitude and find out what opportunities there are and see how I can make a difference. I guess I choose the latter. Inspired by this was not only the current changing conditions but a brand by the name of Future Females www.futurefemales.co . A few weeks ago, I took part in their 2- day online seminar and listened to the established entrepreneurs who shared valuable opinions about their journeys and their success stories. The thought leadership was great and if you are the go-getter type like me, then you would have sniffed out the prospects and grab hold of what was being offered. Applying such a mindset is no doubt bold and brave, but this allows us to challenge ourselves in wanting to grow and achieve. Sometimes business opportunities are not just what you can create, but about others that have created them and then tapping into their resources and applying your magic to it. This is not a new applied strategy of course as entrepreneurial spirit has been around since the late 1970´s and a trend that started in the US. However an interesting study made by the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor https://www.gemconsortium.org/ showcase the research they have conducted annually giving us insight in a worldwide report that can be found here : https://www.gemconsortium.org/report . It definitely opens up for discussion and the attitude of let us not be a Saint, but take a chance and create or collaborate. Nina Bode |
